Family Strengths Network is searching for an Operations Administrator to join our staff. The Operations Administrator is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Family Resource Center (FRC), ensuring the smooth execution of programs, staff management, and collaboration with local organizations. This role combines administrative, financial, and program coordination tasks and works closely with the Executive Director to meet the community’s needs. The Operations Administrator also supports key projects, assists with managing government contracts, contributes to budgeting and grant writing, and fosters meaningful relationships with other community organizations.

 

The ideal candidate will have experience in office administration, program/event coordination, and/or scheduling.This job works on-site from 8:30am-2:30pm Monday-Friday (30 hours/week). 

 

FSN's Operations Administrator is responsible for:

  • Office Administration

  • Oversee the daily operations of the Family Resource Center (FRC)

    • Creating monthly schedule for FRC Aide(s)

    • Managing facility use calendar, including private facility reservations and after-hours events

    • Ensuring FRC safety and cleanliness

  • Contract, Budget, and Finance Management

  • Data Management

    • Maintain database (Cogran) of items in Toy & Book Lending Libraries

    • Class, support group, and special event registration setup and maintenance 

    • Maintain donor database

    • Maintain volunteer data

  • Staff & Volunteer Coordination

 

Compensation: $25-$28/hour, depending on experience.
