Job Description
We are looking for full time Administrative Assistant / Patient Care Coordinator to undertake administrative duties and patient coordination. You will be the “face and voice” of the company for all patients and will be responsible making a great first impression. The ideal candidate will have a friendly and easy going personality while also being very perceptive, disciplined, and have an ownership attitude. You should be able to deal with complaints and give accurate information. Customer-oriented approach and forward thinking is essential.

Responsibilities & Core Competencies
• Demonstrate professional telephone etiquette to all incoming callers
• Provide high level customer service and professional interaction to walk-in patients
• Answer questions and address complaints • Research and respond to information requests in a timely manner
• Patient scheduling, calendar management, point of sale, and billing coordination
• Prepare outgoing mail by drafting correspondence / check, sort and forward emails
• Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary
• Keep updated records and files / maintain office data bases for tracking purposes
• Coordinate conferences, meetings, and workshops / prepare presentation material
• Contribute to continuous quality improvement initiatives

Requirements
• Proven experience as front desk representative, agent or relevant position
• Knowledge of office management and calendar management
• Proficiency of MS Office Suite (especially Excel and Word, PowerPoint)
• Strong communication and people skills
• Good organizational and multi-tasking abilities
• Problem-solving skills
• Customer service orientation
