Location: Northern New Mexico (hybrid; some in-person convenings required)
Position Type: Part-Time (18–22 hours/week)
Timeframe: July 2025 – June 2026
Compensation: $24,000 - 26,000 annually (grant-funded, 12-month term)
About the Role
The Regional Hub Coordinator will serve as the central connector and capacity-builder for the NNMYF
grantee cohort—an inspiring group of youth-serving organizations working to uplift opportunity youth,
young parents, and youth of color across Northern New Mexico. This role is a key part of a larger
Collective Impact strategy aimed at strengthening nonprofit ecosystems and advancing equity-driven
outcomes.
The Coordinator will lead cohort engagement, provide targeted technical assistance, connect
organizations to critical resources, and help position them for long-term success through data,
storytelling, and funding strategy support.
Key Responsibilities
Cohort Coordination & Collaboration
● Organize and facilitate bi-monthly grantee cohort meetings, including agenda development,
speaker coordination, and follow-up communications.
● Build a sense of community and collaboration through peer learning, shared problem-solving,
and collective strategy sessions.
● Convene working groups and expert-led workshops on priority topics such as grant
readiness, evaluation, and storytelling.
Capacity Building & Technical Assistance
● Conduct initial and follow-up organizational assessments to identify capacity needs and
growth opportunities.
● Provide hands-on support to grantees navigating program implementation, wraparound
supports, and community partnerships.
● Assist in developing customized development roadmaps and tracking progress toward
shared goals.

Resource & Funding Support
● Help grantees identify and connect with relevant technical experts (e.g., grant writers,
legal/accounting support).
● Curate and share toolkits, templates, and funding opportunities, including matching grants
and public-sector resources.
● Support data collection and analysis, helping organizations tell powerful stories using both
quantitative outcomes and qualitative insights.
Data & Evaluation
● Collaborate with the part-time Data & Grant Specialist to ensure ongoing data tracking and
outcome measurement.
● Contribute to mid-year and end-of-year evaluations and reporting, highlighting key learnings
and cohort progress.
Preferred Qualifications
● Experience coordinating multi-stakeholder initiatives, especially within the nonprofit, youth
development, or community impact sectors
● Strong facilitation, communication, and relationship-building skills
● Knowledge of grants management, nonprofit capacity building, or community-based
evaluation
● Familiarity with Northern New Mexico’s communities
● Highly organized and self-directed, with the ability to balance multiple priorities
● Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus but not required
